Chances are that when you think back to those simple shapes from preschool–the square, circle, triangle–you wouldn’t have thought of them translating into something fashion-forward. While these images are very pleasing to the look at like the bright star eye–that I admit is a tad Marc Jacobs-inspired–they are basic shapes. These really were the inspiration behind these images and the ones that have deeper meaning. The square is a symbol for structure, strength and connection. It inspires something bold and unforgettable. The circle, which can symbolize cycles and revolution, as well as evolution, inspires the light and the dark with a harmonious edge. The triangle is a symbol that has more meanings than most others, ranging from the All-Seeing-Eye to illumination to a culmination of things: like these images are a result of everyone behind the scenes, and which were then pushed forward by the models.
This goes to show that one only needs to to look closer to find that some of the most amazing things are already right in front of your eyes.
